If you need to pay by credit line or use a Purchase Order (PO), please inform us during your initial communication. We will provide you with the corresponding payment term application form, and you can use this payment method after completing the approval process.

After connecting with our sales engineer, you can upload your design files via email or the online form. We support all major CAD file formats, including: STEP, STP, SLDPRT, JT, DXF, STL, IPT, 3MF, 3DXML, PRT, SAT, etc.

Please include the following key information when submitting your files:

  • Part quantity and estimated annual demand
  • Target delivery time
  • Special quality requirements or certification needs
  • Any other technical details that require special attention

All uploaded files are strictly confidential, and we promise not to disclose your design information to any third party.

Step 2: Submit Design Files and Technical Specifications

Step 3: Confirm Part Configuration and Process Solution

Upon receiving your files and requirements, our team of professional engineers will contact you within 24 hours to jointly confirm the detailed configuration plan for your parts, including:

  • Recommended manufacturing processes (metal stamping, laser cutting, sheet metal fabrication, deep drawing, welding & riveting, CNC machining, etc.)
  • Suitable material selection (stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, etc.)
  • Surface treatment options (polishing, anodizing, powder coating, sand blasting, chrome plating, zinc plating, electroplating, silk screen, etc.)
  • Inspection standards and report requirements

We will provide the most cost-effective process solution based on your specific needs and answer any questions you may have about design optimization.

 

Step 3: Confirm Part Configuration and Process Solution

Step 4: Receive DFM Analysis and Formal Quotation

Our engineers will conduct a comprehensive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis of your design to identify potential production issues and provide optimization suggestions, helping you reduce costs, shorten production cycles, and improve product quality.

After completing the DFM analysis, we will send you a detailed formal quotation, including:

  • Itemized price breakdown
  • Quotations for different quantity tiers
  • Delivery cycle options
  • Payment methods and terms
  • Quality assurance commitments
Step 4: Receive DFM Analysis and Formal Quotation

Step 5: Confirm Quotation and Delivery Cycle

After receiving the quotation, please carefully review all terms. If you have any questions about the quotation or need adjustments, our sales engineer will be available to answer them and make revisions based on your feedback.

We offer flexible delivery cycle options:

  • Samples delivery cycle: Typically 3-5 business days, subject to actual conditions.
  • Expedited delivery cycle: Negotiable based on project urgency
  • Mass production delivery cycle: Determined based on order quantity and process complexity

Once all details are confirmed, please sign the quotation and send it back to us.

Step 5: Confirm Quotation and Delivery Cycle

Step 6: Sign Contract and Pay Advance Payment

After both parties confirm the quotation and delivery cycle, we will draft a formal sales contract. Upon signing the contract, you are required to pay the advance payment as stipulated in the contract.

  • Letter of Credit (L/C)
  • Purchase Order (PO) (requires prior credit approval)

Upon receipt of the advance payment, we will immediately arrange production preparation work.
