Polishing is a precision surface finishing process that uses flexible polishing tools and abrasive particles to modify the metal surface, which can be divided into rough polishing, fine polishing and mirror polishing according to the precision requirements.

Process Features: Eliminate surface burrs and fine defects of workpieces, obtain smooth or mirror-like metal luster, improve the dimensional accuracy and geometric shape accuracy of workpieces, and enhance the aesthetic and tactile feel of products.

Anodic oxidation is an electrochemical process mainly for aluminum and its alloys, which forms a dense and porous aluminum oxide film (Al₂O₃) on the metal surface through electrolysis, and the film layer can be further colored and sealed for reinforcement.

  • Process Features: The oxide film is metallurgically bonded with the substrate, with high adhesion, excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and insulation; it can realize color customization (black, bronze, red, blue, etc.) through electrolytic coloring or organic dyeing, and the color is durable.

Powder coating is an environmentally friendly dry coating process that uses electrostatic adsorption to attach powder coatings (epoxy, polyester, etc.) to the metal surface, and forms a uniform and dense coating after high-temperature baking and curing.

  • Process Features: No VOC (volatile organic compound) emission, green and environmental protection; the coating is thick and wear-resistant, with strong impact resistance and excellent hiding power for workpiece surface defects; rich color options, support matte, high-gloss and wood grain imitation effects.

Chrome plating is a special electroplating process that deposits a chromium layer on the metal surface through electrolysis, which is divided into decorative chrome plating and hard chrome plating according to the application purpose.

  • Process Features: Decorative chrome plating has a bright silver-white luster, with excellent decorative effect and basic corrosion resistance (usually with copper-nickel bottom plating); hard chrome plating has ultra-high hardness (HV800-1100), excellent wear resistance and chemical stability, and low surface friction coefficient.

Sand blasting uses compressed air as power to spray abrasive materials (steel shot, quartz sand, etc.) onto the metal surface at high speed, so that the workpiece surface obtains a certain clean degree and roughness.

  • Process Features: Thoroughly remove oil, rust, scale and other contaminants on the metal surface; form a uniform rough surface, significantly improve the adhesion of the subsequent coating (electroplating, powder coating, etc.); can realize matte, frosted and other surface textures, and eliminate the stress concentration of the workpiece.

Sand Blasting

Zinc plating is a classic anti-corrosion surface treatment process for steel workpieces, which forms a zinc layer on the steel surface through electrolysis or hot dipping, and protects the substrate through the "sacrificial anode" principle.

  • Process Features: Low cost and excellent anti-corrosion effect; the zinc layer can be passivated (colorful, black, blue-white) to further improve the corrosion resistance; the plating layer is uniform and suitable for complex-shaped steel workpieces.
